Surprise’s Vet Fest is a fun-filled evening for the entire community with a special focus on honoring and supporting those who have served, are currently serving or are looking to serve in the military.

Vet Fest is happening from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 12 at Mark Coronado Park, 15960 N. Bullard Ave.

Attendees can connect with one another and learn about the support and resources available to veterans.

This event is part of Surprise’s ongoing mission to be a Veteran-friendly city, offering support services and building community connections. This family-friendly event will feature live music, food trucks, vendor booths, information from veteran service providers, kids’ zone, sensory tents, static displays of military vehicles and more.

If your nonprofit organization would like to have a table at this year’s event, you are encouraged to reserve your spot through our online registration. Social clubs, resource-based organizations and government-affiliated entities are encouraged to apply.

The city of Surprise is also seeking sponsors for Vet Fest. Your sponsorship will contribute to the ongoing viability of this community event that celebrates our veterans and helps them connect with the wide range of service providers available to them and their families.

Several levels of sponsorship opportunities provide a business with a promotional table opportunity at the event.

Those who are interested in becoming a sponsor or those who would like to showcase a retired military vehicles, equipment or memorabilia at Vet Fest, should contact Danielle Osborne at 623-222-1034 or danielle.osborne@surpriseaz.gov.
