Michael Stenehjem with Stonehome Development has scheduled a development project neighborhood meeting in Surprise regarding a zone change of approximately 7.9 acres from business park to light industrial.
The site is located on southwest of the corner of Litchfield and Cactus roads.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5 at the Saguaro Meeting Room of the Residence Inn, 16418 N. Bullard Ave.

Surprise Planner Leslie Carnie will also be in attendance to answer residents’ questions.
