Josh SeKoch knew he wanted to work at one of the Paradise Honors schools as soon as possible.
His wife, Amy MacWilliams SeKoch, is the principal for kindergarten through second grade at Paradise Honors Elementary School in Surprise. Both their children are students at Paradise Honors schools.
SeKoch finished his third year coaching Youngker High School in far northwest Buckeye in November. But the family never left Surprise, and the travel and time away was wearing on him so he interviewed for a teaching job at Paradise Honors High.
