New Surprise Panda Express project to get community input

A development project neighborhood meeting is set for a new Panda Express in Surprise.

Ruben Rodela with GWA Architecture Inc. is requesting a conditional use permit for a drive-thru facility on a site generally located northwest of the corner of Waddell and Litchfield roads.

The meeting is 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 30 at Hilton Garden Inn, 16601 N. Stadium Way.

It would be the third Panda Express in Surprise.

There are also locations at 16760 W. Waddell Road and 13732 W. Bell Road, Suite 16.
