Taylor Morrison Home Corporation is preparing for a year of growth in Phoenix with the opening of eight new collections across four communities, including Surprise.

Additionally, Taylor Morrison will expand its portfolio even further through the end of 2023 with a total of 17 new collections across nine Taylor Morrison communities.

“We’ve seen incredible success in the Phoenix market and anticipate continued momentum for new and seasoned buyers alike,” Phoenix Division President Brad Schoenberg said. “By expanding our offerings in Phoenix and debuting eight new collections to kick off the new year, Taylor Morrison is well-positioned to grow simultaneously with the Phoenix market. We offer a variety of models and features to choose from, and these collections expand our buyer options while showcasing expert interior and exterior designs from Taylor Morrison.”

Taylor Morrison’s 48 communities are located throughout the Valley, including the West Valley, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the East Valley. By March, Taylor Morrison will have over 50 communities throughout the greater Phoenix area.

Information on the communities and collections set to open this month can be found below:

• Paradisi, Surprise: Four new collections — Discovery, Encore, Almeria, and Venture II — were unveiled in December as part of Taylor Morrison’s Paradisi master-planned community.

Buyers will have the choice between two to three models per collection with each single-family home featuring 1,715 to 3,532 square feet, two to six bedrooms, two to four baths, and spacious garages.

The Discovery, Encore, and Venture II collections’ models are now open to the public and Almeria models are expected to open this month.

• Ellsworth Ranch, Queen Creek: Ellsworth Ranch now offers Landmark, Voyage, and Capstone collections, featuring two and three models respectively. Buyers can select single-family homes ranging from 1,955-4,517 square feet with two to five baths, three to seven beds, and spacious garages. These collections’ models are now available to tour.

• Verrado East, Buckeye: Taylor Morrison will debut one new collection within the Verrado master-planned community and buyers can tour two models in the Discovery collection. Taylor Morrison’s single-family homes within this collection range from 1,715 to 2,961 square feet with two to six bedrooms, two to four baths and spacious garages. The collection model homes are now open to the public and pre-selling fast.

• Tierra Montana, Laveen: Taylor Morrison debuted a new Fiesta collection in the Tierra Montana master-planned community in Laveen in December and the model homes are now available to tour. The Tierra Montana Fiesta collection features single-family homes ranging from 2,184 to 2,981 square feet, three to five beds, two to four baths, and RV parking options.

Looking ahead, Taylor Morrison is slated to open 11 additional collections in their Allen Ranches, Parkside, Legado, Lucero, Hawes Crossing and Aloravita South communities by the end of 2023.

Sales for Paradisi, Ellsworth Ranch, Verrado East and Tierra Montana have begun.
