Tell us about Fostering Hearts in Our Community: Fostering Hearts in Our Community is an Arizona nonprofit dedicated to supporting foster youth, with a special focus on young people preparing to transition out of the foster care system. We also assist youth who are currently in foster care when needs arise. Our goal is to provide practical help, encouragement and a reminder that these young people have a community that cares about them and their future.
