Spirit of Grace Lutheran Church in Surprise will host The Liberty Quartet and their Living Free Tour at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 9.

Liberty Quartet is a Gospel group based in the West with a full-time concert schedule.

The members are Royce Mitchell, bass; Will Arasmith, baritone; Paul W. Ellis, lead; Doran Ritchey, piano/baritone; and Peyton Olive, tenor.

Liberty travels many miles each year, ministering in performances for churches, nursing homes, prisons and other ministries. They also sing at conventions such as Southwest Gospel Music Festival and Great Western Fan Festival.

The guys cherish the opportunity to connect with people and make new friends wherever they go. They have had the opportunity to share the platform with groups such as Gaither Vocal Band, Legacy Five, Greater Vision, the Booth Brothers, the Hoppers, the Collingsworth Family and many others.

While featuring everything from high-energy performances to moments of contemplation, Liberty always leads the congregation in an incredible concert of worship.

Even people who aren’t fans of Southern Gospel music will enjoy the enthusiasm these men exhibit while serving and singing to the Lord. Their ministry bridges all generations, bringing enjoyment to traditional and contemporary venues.

Free (but required) tickets are available at Spirit of Grace Lutheran Church, 15820 W. Clearview Boulevard on Tuesdays in the Church office; or by calling the Fellowship Line for will-call at 480-438-1115 to reserve tickets.

Doors to the Church will open at 2:30 the day of the concert and a free-will offering will be taken to support the Liberty Quartet.
