As a proud Surprise city councilmmember, I believe communities — not the state or federal government — know best how to support their local schools, That’s why I support Dysart Unified School District’s bond and override measures.
These are not new taxes. They simply continue existing support for our schools while keeping the tax rate flat. It’s a responsible, local investment that gives taxpayers a say in how funds are used-focused on safety, transportation, and maintaining strong programs for students.
This bond will help replace aging school buses, update safety and security systems, and keep our campuses functional without adding financial burden. The override helps preserve key academic and extracurricular programs that keep students engaged and successful.

As a fiscal conservative, I support measures that are transparent, accountable and tied directly to community needs. These proposals meet that standard.
Strong local schools help us raise the next generation with the values, skills and character needed to lead, and they help keep our neighborhoods safe and thriving.
Please join me in voting yes —for our students, our schools and our community.
