Letters: Charter school head supports DUSD bond, override election
As the executive director of Paradise Schools, I would like to express my strong support for Dysart Schools’ upcoming budget continuation and bond.
Great schools do more than educate children — they strengthen our communities. They serve as the heartbeat of our neighborhoods and are one of the primary reasons families choose to make Surprise their home. When schools thrive, our city thrives as well. Property values increase, businesses flourish and families invest their time, energy, and aspirations right here in our community.
At Paradise Schools, we firmly believe that investing in our children is an investment in the future of our free and democratic society. Every classroom, every teacher and every student represents a vital part of that future. Strong schools help shape responsible citizens — young individuals who will one day lead, serve and uphold the values that make our community and our country great.

This is why continued support for our public schools is so important. While Paradise and Dysart may serve students differently, we share one common goal: to provide every child with the opportunity to learn, grow and succeed. When our schools are strong, Surprise is strong.
Let’s continue to invest in what truly matters — our children, our schools and the future of our community.
