Arizona’s largest family-owned and -operated homebuilder announced North Shore at Escalante is now available for presale at Pinnacle Peak Road and 163rd Avenue.
Fulton Homes is offering what it calls “No Waiting, No Lottery” to allow homebuyers to circumvent bidding wars common in the resale market, especially with sellers’ real estate markets.
“This presale represents an effective way for families to get into a new home in the Northwest Valley,” said Fulton CEO Doug Fulton in a news release. “North Shore boasts an accessible price point and incredible amenities, which we hope only encourages people to take advantage of our ‘No Waiting, No Lottery’ sales process, unique to our Arizona-based homebuilding company.”
North Shore is the second of three neighborhood developments to open for presale at Escalante.
The specific development will feature one- and two-story single-family homes offering up to seven bedrooms and four baths with three-car tandem garages. Floor plans range from 1,851 to 3,850 square feet, with prices starting from the $340,000s.
North Shore offers configurable home designs with great rooms, flex space and optional loft plans. Buyers will be able to work with the Fulton Homes Design Center to create custom living spaces with storage with walk-in kitchen pantries, linen closets, mudrooms and built-in cabinetry available.
North Shore amenities include a zip line — a first-of-its-kind amenity among Fulton Homes neighborhoods — as well as an aquatic center, pickleball courts, bocce ball lawns, disc golf tracks and easy access to outdoor activities and trails.
Escalante is one of seven Fulton Homes communities across the Valley. The master-planned community close to the Grand Avenue and Loop 303 will feature 1,005 homes and access to outdoor activities like walking trails, green areas and other community accommodations.
