Annexation of 2 parcels outside Surprise set for neighborhood meeting

Mark Reddie with RVi Planning and Landscape Architecture has called a development project neighborhood meeting about a possible Surprise annexation of approximately 5.57 acres of unincorporated land on two parcels.

Both parcels are located south of the Central Arizona Project and southeast of the Dixileta Drive and 179th Street alignment.

The law-required neighborhood meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 8 at the Media Center in Asante Preparatory Academy, 23251 N. 166th Drive.
