Adaptive 'friendsgiving' coming to Surprise rec center

Surprise is hosting an adaptive family "friendsgiving" from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23 at the Sierra Montana Recreation Center.

The Parks and Recreation Department is producing the event, which will include a turkey trot, activities and pie.

This event is designated for individuals with disabilities and their families to enjoy. 

Ages 3 and under are free.

Residents are $5 per person in advance and $7 on day of event. Non-residents are $7 per person in advance and $9 on day of event
