3rd Chipotle headed to Surprise

P&Z approves use permit for popular Mexican chain

A third Chipotle Mexican Grill appears on its way to Surprise.

The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission on Feb. 20 approved a conditional-use permit with site plan for the proposed 2,417-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru in the Marley Park area.

Without discussion, commissioners unanimously approved the permit and site plan for the restaurant on a vacant 0.67-acre parcel, near the southwest corner of Litchfield and Waddell roads in the Marley Park planned area development.
