A new school will open doors to students this fall in Sun City West and residents are wondering how this can happen in an active adult community.
From the hours of approximately 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., K-12 students will be in session Victory Autism Academy, 13950 W. Meeker Blvd.
Some residents believe it is the responsibility of the Recreation Centers of Sun City West to have notified residents of this new business coming into the community and even offer a vote on whether it should be allowed. However, this is not the case.
