Betty’s Rooste celebrates seven year anniversary

A restaurant in Sun City West is celebrating a seven year anniversary.

Betty’s Rooste, 14418 W. Meeker Blvd., owner Elizabeth (Betty) Varner, said when she first opened this location she never thought it would become what it has all these years later.

“I really just wanted to have a place where everyone could come and get some good honest food,” she said.
