For the first time in a few years, Sun City West clubs will invite grandparents to bring their grandchildren to learn arts and crafts and see what their grandparents have been up to.
The Artistic Hand Lettering Cards and Mixed Media club will welcome children 10 a.m.-noon Monday, March 25, to create their own Arizona memory book. The club is located in the Kuentz Center, Pueblo Room.
Members of the club will help guide them through a creation process that will enable them to learn how to use stencils, rubber stamps, inks and gelli printing.
The children, ages 7–13, will leave with a completed book about Arizona.
There is no charge but reservations must be made with the rec center and there is a limit of 20 children.
