OHOA official in Sun City West weighs in on HOA's

Sue Clark, Condominium Owners Association of Sun City president, recently announced the organization will permanently close its doors at the end of the year.

Clark said the decision was made because the group’s directors believe it was “not doing what it was originally made to do.”

She added it’s expensive to run the organization and costs were getting out of hand.
