Struglinski: Older drivers shouldn't get away with crimes

I totally agree with Tom McLean (Sun City West Independent, Jan. 24, 2024) when it comes to bad drivers who get away with vehicular homicide. Just because the driver is old they should not be able to get away with that type of a crime. Yes, crime. On Nov. 4, 2013, my cousin and best friend George W.Karvanek was killed by an 84-year-old woman while riding his bicycle. He was hit in the intersection of R.H. Johnson Boulevard and Limousine. The investigating officer did not even give the driver a traffic ticket. Well Bob Rose, (Sun City West Independent, Jan. 24, 2024) I hope that you or one of your family members or friends don’t fall prey to these drivers.
