Royal Oaks sets Villas opening in Sun City

Royal Oaks, a Life Plan Community, opened the 16 villa-style homes of the Inspirata Pointe neighborhood expansion at Royal Oaks, 10015 W. Royal Oaks Road.

An amenity-rich community, Royal Oaks is located in Sun City, minutes from eight golf courses, seven recreation centers and many parks and trails. The expansion offers 156 apartments and villas, built on 50-plus lush acres featuring a myriad of plants, trees and rose gardens. These high-end apartments and villas offer an open floor concept, floor-to-ceiling windows, beautifully designed kitchens with high-quality finishes and a washer and dryer in every

home.

“With floor plans ranging from 800 square feet to 1,800 square feet, there are options for everyone,” said Gretchen Cobb, Royal Oaks COO. “We expect the 3-story apartment building and the amenities building to be complete in the fall of 2022, followed by the 4-story to be complete in spring of 2023. It’s an attractive and refreshing design with an exceptional location.”

The campus will feature two new restaurants and a sports bar, in addition to the other restaurants on campus; bocce ball court; spacious dog parks; outdoor and indoor pool; fitness center; and classroom space.

“Our goal was for these amenities to be made for relaxing, having fun, remaining physically fit and for a lifestyle that is more enriching and expansive,” said Kendra Eberhart, Royal Oaks president and CEO. “We look forward to seeing the residents take full advantage of the new amenities offered.”

Residents of the villas have been moving in since mid-April. Royal Oaks offers a furnished model available to view during its open house 9 a.m.-noon Thursday, June 2. The open house will be open to the public.
