The Property Owners and Residents Association delivered a six- month update to Sun City West residents during the October general membership meeting.
Recently the PORA Foundation was created as a new 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The goal with this change is to expand community programs, support local initiatives, create volunteer opportunities and open doors to grants, charitable donations and new resources.
Board Treasurer Mike McInnes reported numbers from the fourth quarter listed the total revenue at $137,799 with a $16,900 net operating result. The revenue expansion was $49,409.
