Advancements in technology have aided both the community and membership services staff for the Recreation Centers of Sun City West.
Member Services leader Terry Wood said the online service portal has been beneficial for staff as well as limiting the amount of people that come into the office. Additionally, Ms. Wood said the 50 new K.Hovnanian homes are underway and the community is eager for a model to open up.
“Those properties are input into our system and when they are ready to start selling, we are ready to go and add them as members,” Ms. Wood said.
