Sun Health, 14719 W. Grand Ave., was established in 1965 and serves all generations throughout Arizona with its Center for Health & Wellbeing located in Surprise and its life plan communities for 65 and older adults throughout the West Valley. This includes The Colonnade, Grandview Terrace, La Loma Village, Freedom Plaza and Sierra Winds.
