Jack, 86, of Sun City West, AZ passed away on March 28, 2024 at Hospice of the Valley in Surprise, AZ. He was preceded in death by the love of his life and wife of 62 years, Darlene Rose McCormick. Jack was born August 29, 1937 in Denver, Colorado, the son of George Ernest McCormick and Ethel Mae Dollarhide and was the youngest of 5 siblings: Darlene (deceased), George (deceased), Phyllis and Shirley. He will be greatly missed by his 2 sons, Peter (Connie) McCormick and Michael McCormick, his grandchildren Jaclyn (Thomas) McCormick, Jennifer McCormick and Michelle (Chris) Rowe and his great grandchildren Dylan, Harper, Sky’ir, and Gracie. In 2007 Jack and Darlene retired in Sun City West, AZ where they enjoyed golfing, bowling, traveling and many other activities including spending time with their neighbors and good friends. They also enjoyed visiting their son Peter and his wife Connie in Hawaii whenever they could.
