Governing board looks for golf vacancies solutions

Job openings on courses remain challenging to fill

Maintenance crews continue to work on the golf course in Sun City West.

The Recreation Centers of Sun City West posted 10 jobs during the month of August, which human resources officials are working “diligently” to fill.

At the start of September there were 20 current positions posted and 13 were golf related.

Chief Financial Officer Clif Swann said the golf positions include working in various conditions including heat and there is high turnover in those.
