Mary Ann Casey stitched beautiful flowers. Eleanor O’Brien Aztec stitched art, Nancy Ingle stitched an ornament and Kathie Miller shows Glory stitchery. Creative Stitchers has a teacher for each craft including for counted cross stitch, needlepoint, hardanger, embroidery, smocking, rug hooking, punch needle and more. Membership is $10 a year and for Sun City West residents online. Creative Stitchers meets from 8 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Mondays, at Kuentz Recreation Center Kiva Room, 14401 W. R.H. Johnson Blvd. Two or more members must be present to use the room. The general meeting is on the third Monday of the month. Residents can stop by Monday mornings to check out the club.
