Sun City West club offers artistic hand lettering, cards, mixed media demos
Posted
Members of the Artistic Hand Lettering, Cards and Mixed Media Club of Sun City West hosted an open house to show off new equipment and to highlight their creative offerings.
Club members demonstrated their newest Cricut unit and displayed finished projects to stimulate the imagination of Sun City West residents.
“Artistic hand lettering can lend a distinctive flair to many everyday or common items or surfaces while offering unusual creativity,” stated club co-president Judy Ross. “There are unlimited ways to use and enjoy the skills and talents of hand lettering, cards and mixed media club members.”
The club also offered their design services to Sun City West Witches for the Oct. 27 SCW Witches Ride for Charity. Contact Ross at ahlcandmm@gmail.com to get started designing unique attire and golf car decorations for the October event.
The Artistic Hand Lettering, Cards and Mixed Media club meets in the Pueblo Room at the Kuentz center. Witches wanting to access the talents of the club may meet with members 10 a.m.-noon Fridays for consultation and open creation time.
