The purpose of the Sun City West Contract Bridge Club is to bring together members interested in playing social bridge on a regular basis. The club consists of two sessions.
Doors open for the Monday session at 5 p.m. and sign-up begins at 5:30 p.m. Players must come with a partner to play Monday evenings. They will rotate with a partner at the end of each round.
Doors open for the Tuesday session at 11:15 a.m. and sign-up begins at 11:30 a.m. One does not need a partner to play on Tuesday and players will rotate to a new partner at the end of each round.
Play four rounds of 35 minutes each. In the event there is no table remaining to make a final foursome, players will not play that day but will be guaranteed to play the following week.
Each section requires dues of $5 per year, plus $1 per session. Members must be RCSCW card holders. Both session meet at the Beardsley center and all skill levels are welcome. A basic knowledge of contract bridge is required. Lessons are held before bridge play on Tuesdays.
Contact Sharon Holmes at 360-441-1909 for Tuesday bridge, Dianne Wuethrich at 715-556-2653 for Monday bridge or Mary Vraney at 623-236- 4729 for lesson information. Those interested in playing Monday evenings and needing a partner can contact the club.
