Maricopa County Department of Transportation crews will be completing a pavement preservation project that will help extend the life of the roadway, renew the surface, seal small cracks and protect the road from UV rays in the Sun City area.
Drivers are asked to plan ahead for weekday lane closures and possible delays in both directions for pavement preservation work on select roadways beginning March 16 and running through early May 2026.
Roadwork is expected to be done in phases based on location. Crews will move between each work zone, completing each section before moving to the next. Crews will provide door hangers in phases in advance of the road work.
