Sun City residents voice concern over proposed 13% fee increase

The Recreation Centers of Sun City recently held its monthly exchange meeting to give residents the opportunity to speak directly to the board.

During the meeting, many residents expressed their concern with the proposed $90 fee increase for 2027. The proposed increase would raise the fees 13.24%.

Part of the problem, which the board admitted, is there were no fee increases between 2017 and 2021. Residents paid $496 through those years.
