The Sun City Posse held its monthly meeting Oct. 6 at its headquarters, 10861 W. Sunland Drive, to present members with awards, provide September stats and give community leaders a chance to speak.
During the meeting, Cheryl Fallon, along with Ron Pease and Arlene Kluizenaar, were recognized with the Make-A-Difference Award.
Fallon, who has been on the posse’s admin team for several years, was recognized for her work in researching past commanders for the soon to be revealed veterans honor wall inside the group’s auditorium. She used ancestry.com to track down which past commanders are veterans.
