Sun City Fire yet to receive full county tax money

The Sun City Fire and Medical Department is still missing $58,056 in county tax collection money, Finance Director Gabe Buldra said during the September monthly meeting.

“We’re getting not the best information out of the county,” he said. “I know the Maricopa County Fire Chiefs have reached out to the treasurer’s office. They’re aware of the problems and are kind of working through that.”
