Sun City COA to shut down after years of service

Sue Clark, Condominium Owners Association of Sun City president, recently announced the COA will permanently close its doors at the end of the year.

She said the decision was made because the directors believe the group was “not doing what it was originally made to do.”

She added it’s expensive to run the organization and prices were getting out of hand.
