The Bell Afternoon Dance Club is hosting a Halloween Dance in the Bell Recreation Center social halls Oct. 30. Costumes are optional. There is a West Coast Swing dance lesson at 1:30 p.m. and dancing from 4 p.m. Admission is $5 for club members and $8 for guests. Singles and couples welcome. Refreshments are provided.
