Richards: Residents should give Sun City board respect
Posted
By Dick Richards, Sun City
I attended the Recreation Centers of Sun City annual member meeting Nov. 1.
I have been a homeowner in Sun City for 27 years. What a wonderful place to retire.
Sun City has the preservation and improvement fee, which is a 1-time fee on new home owners. This fund covers major project improvements to Sun City and keeps our recreation fees low, compared to other communities’ recreation fees.
The Sun City rec board members work many hours for our community without compensation. We should all work with the RCSC board and show respect to the members who work to keep Sun City a great place to live.
