Protestors were out in several northwest Valley locations, part of numerous events throughout the Valley targeting Trump administration policies.
In Sun City, several attendees at one of various "No Kings" protests around the region waved their flags in the air as honking cars passed by the intersection of Bell Road and 99th Avenue. Demonstrators lined up along the main thoroughfare, spanning more than two blocks.
Many people said they came on their own and not as part of a formal organization. The “No Kings” rallies were planned for about 2,000 locations nationwide, according to published reports.
