The LGBT Club of Sun City board recently instituted a give-back program to members who continue to invest a volume of hours volunteering for the club and within the community.
The first recipients honored with this recognition were Al De Hope III and Keith Harter, for an endless amount of support behind the scenes to keep the club’s digital communications up to date. They two have also taken on many responsibilities in setting up club events, activities and being an example to others.
The LGBT Club of Sun City welcomes RCSC members/cardholders and meets 6-8 p.m. the second Thursday and fourth Wednesday of the month at the Oakmont Recreation Center, 10725 W. Oakmont Drive, in addition to other events and activities throughout Sun City and Maricopa County.
