Cottrell: Changes need to be made at Mountain View in Sun City

It seems the issue with Mountain View was old input information. I agree with that.
My thinking is to update Mountain View. However, leave it as is. Lakeview is the center to redo adding a huge auditorium that can be for a theater. Leave some tennis courts add some pickleball courts.
