Build Sun City center that serves whole area

I can see from the Independent newspaper that Sun City will at some point be building a performing arts center.
I have a suggestion — let’s build one that not only serves Sun City, but also fills the needs of surrounding communities, so maybe we can make some income!
High schools need locations for graduations, as an example. There are many occasions where an event is conducted in a hotel ballroom. Maybe we can build something that gives us what we need and also some of our money back.
