Baker takes bold step in career
Posted
Michele Baker
Michele Baker associated with the Sun City Bell office of Coldwell Banker Realty Arizona as an affiliate agent.
“The process of buying and selling a home can be an exciting but stressful time for people. One of the best ways I’ve learned to help my clients through that process is to ask a lot of questions and to actively listen so we can get to what’s important for them,” said Baker. “There is no question that the skills I gained working as an intermediary for employees and employers in the human resources field is a huge reason why so many of my transactions end as a win-win.”
Recently, she was Creative Printing and Packaging human resources manager for the 20 years. Before that, she was a regional manager with a national staffing company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in communication studies with an emphasis in organizational communication. Active in her community, she serves on the Mother’s Guild board of her daughter’s high school, Xavier College Preparatory, helping with fundraising for scholarships. For the last four years, she has volunteered with her daughter at the Moon Valley chapter of the National Charity League.
