YWCA, based in Glendale, will sponsor women’s leadership awards event

Four outstanding local women will be raised up in the community throughout February and March, leading up to the YWCA 29th Annual Tribute to Leadership Awards where they will officially be celebrated.

The Tribute to Leadership takes place at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 29 at The Croft Downtown, 22 E. Buchanan St., Phoenix.

YWCA Metropolitan Phoenix is located in Glendale, at 8561 N. 61st Ave.

YWCA’s Tribute to Leadership Awards Program has been an annual celebration to recognize the accomplishments of leaders in the community who strive to improve the lives of women, girls, and people of color through leadership, advocacy and community service.

Celebrate Women’s History Month in March by joining this Women’s Empowerment celebration.
