Candidates seeking to to replace Ruben Gallego in Arizona's 3rd Congressional District will get their chance to discuss the issues in two debates on Wednesday.

The district is an open seat representing most of Phoenix and a portion of Glendale after Gallego decide to run for the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Kyrsten Sinema.

At 4 p.m., the GOP slate will discuss issues. Those running on the Republic ticket are Jesus Mendoza, Jeffrey Zink and Nicholas Glenn as a write-in candidate.

On the Democratic side, Phoenix Councilwoman Yassamin Ansari is joined in the race by Raquel Teran and Duane Wooten.
