Recent Google Earth images show Voya had its logo on the south half of the complex; that financial services provider downsized last year and sold about 30% of its IT support.

TFS first established a regional office in Chandler more than 20 years ago and has consistently been one of the city’s leading employers. This latest expansion comes as Toyota Financial Services plans to bring its employees to the office more frequently to support collaboration across teams, the release states.
“Chandler is a key location for Toyota Financial Services as part of our national service center network,” said Chris Brenner, TFS general manager of customer care.
Chandler serves as one of three TFS regional customer and dealer service centers, with the others located in Plano, Texas for the Central region and Alpharetta, Georgia for its Eastern region.
“We are proud they continue to invest and find success in Chandler,” Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke said in the release.
