The investigation began after Chandler Police responded to reports of a break-in at the school, they stated. Surveillance footage showed multiple
suspects entering a classroom and destroying multiple computers and tablets by smashing them onto the ground.
The suspects also broke into two aluminum storage sheds on the school
property and scattered sports equipment across the playground and rooftop.
Property damage is estimated at about $5,000, police stated.
Thanks to tips from the public and information generated by a Chandler Police social media post, they stated, detectives were able to identify the suspects.
