Thomas Jefferson Pierson, 93Thomas Jefferson Pierson, 93, of Apache Junction, passed away April 24, 2008 at Pueblo Norte Hospice, Scottsdale.Mr. Pierson was born in California and is a veteran of World War II. He enjoyed a rich life in the aeronautical and mining industries.He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Katrine.He is survived by nephews Ole and Hugo Toft Sorensen and niece Jette Toft Helm, all of Ontario, Canada.The family expresses special thanks to the wonderful caregivers at the Apache Junction Health Center, and during his final weeks, the compassionate kindness and care given by Pueble Norte Hospice, Butterfly Wing. Thank you to Lila and Ralph Lambeert for their friendship.
