A third man is in custody following two separate drug deal shootings in Tempe earlier this month.
Isaiah Amir Pasha, 21, faces charges of first degree murder, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and drug possession.
Police had arrested Zareek Batchelor and Quinshawn Hopkins on Thursday, after evidence led to investigators identifying them as suspects.
Tempe police said the shootings occurred Oct. 4 at Arizona Mills and at an apartment complex near Broadway Road and Priest Drive.
Police learned Mr. Batchelor was going to help facilitate a drug sale at each location but with the intent to rob the other groups.
During each meetup, Mr. Bathchelor allegedly shot at the buyers, killing one person at each scene.
Police learned Mr. Pasha was an accomplice of Mr. Batchelor and Mr. Hopkins during the incidents.
Police arrested Mr. Pasha Friday in Mesa. He denied involved in the crimes, despite evidence putting him at the scene of both incidents.
He was jailed in lieu of a $500,000 bond.
