Pipeline Design & Engineering is offering a free 10-week CAD Club for students in grades 7-12.
The class will take place 5-7 p.m. Wednesdays Oct. 4 to Dec. 13 at Pipeline Design & Engineering, 2429 W. 12th St., No. 4, Tempe.
"We created CAD Club to open up the world of engineering for students who want to learn and innovate in a safe and supportive environment," Aaron Moncur, president of Pipeline Design & Engineering, said.
"We provide mentorship and guidance from our engineers on staff in hope we inspire our younger generation to continue exploring the exciting path of engineering and manufacturing."
Dinner will be provided. Space is limited.
There is no cost to participate, but CAD Club members are asked to commit to attend the full 10-week in-person session, according to a release.
Participants can expect up to two hours of homework weekly.
