Adam Russo is an Orthodox Jew who lives in Peoria. However, the food he makes is very worldly.

Russo’s day job is cooking full-time for Thomas Cuisine, where he oversees culinary for the Valleywise Health Medical Center.

However, his fun job is to provide kosher food to Jews on board Norwegian cruise ships in a program called Fresh Kosher Sea.
