Sorimara opened Dec. 6 at 1939 E. Baseline Road, suite 114, Gilbert, in the TownShip Plaza. The chain restaurant out of South Korea serves mala tang, a spicy, numbing, Sichuan-style hot pot soup, and mala xiang guo, a spicy and savory dish of stir-fried meat, vegetables, and seafood. The restaurant has more than 60 toppings and customizable spice levels. Diners build their own bowls in a salad-bar-type setting.
