I had the privilege of serving on the Planning Commission with Steven before he was chosen to serve as a judge. And it certainly was a privilege! Always the consummate gentleman, Steven was known for his attention to detail, soft spoken voice, always being prepared to render thoughtful decisions.
What an excellent choice to have on the bench. All this while running his own legal practice.
This attests to the quality of the volunteers who give of their time to offer legal service to the municipal court. Yes, a court with volunteer judges! Amazing!
