Scottsdale Council to consider residential component of 94 Hundred Shea

Would build out the larger development into a more mixed-use environment

A developer is looking to build out the 94 Hundred Shea project with a new residential component called 94 Hundred Shea–The Village, on Shea Boulevard, east of 92nd Street.

The project would add a 219-unit apartment community on about 3.6 acres, creating a mixed-use environment within the greater 94 Hundred Shea development.

The Scottsdale Planning and Zoning Commission recommended the project 5-2, with Commissioners Barney Gonzales and Christian Serena dissenting.
